Evaluation of Candidates

We approach candidates confidentially and pre-qualify them to determine their suitability.

We meet with each candidate, and explore their accomplishments, career progression and personal motivation. We not only evaluate the candidate’s suitability for the particular role, but also evaluate if the position and company are suitable for their expectations and career goals.

In accordance with our privacy policy, we represent only those candidates who have been identified and evaluated as suitable for a particular role. We are not in the business of faxing resumes, therefore, we will not fax your resume to our client without, first, verbally representing your background, and second, without either confirming an interview time or receiving your express consent to your resume being faxed.
