
Our client, a leader in both sales and service in expedited courier, LTL and delivery services, is currently looking to add a key member to their Human Resources Team. This role will be responsible for the management and administration of the compensation and benefit programs for the group.
Summary of Primary Duties:
This is an exciting and challenging role that will require someone who is highly energetic and self motivated. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and proven project management skills to lead a team of 2 professionals.
The environment and culture of this organization is highly diverse, constantly changing and very dynamic and requires someone who can work well both on their own and whose direction may change as the requirements of the business unit change.
Post secondary education with a Compensation designation (CCP) or Benefits designation (CEBS) preferred with a minimum of 7 – 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, compensation and benefits, or pension related fields. Some travel required.
