Our client, a leader in the food industry, is currently looking for 2 dynamic professionals to join their Management team, a Quality Manager and Sanitation Manager.
The Quality Manager is a solutions oriented position responsible for effectively supervising and directing staff ensuring that all products leaving the facility meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation, execution and evaluation of the quality program and working as the main contact with CFIA/USDA.
This position sits on the Senior Leadership Team for the site. We are looking for someone with 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in the food industry in a leadership capacity with a degree or diploma in a Scientific or Food Science related field.
