
Our client, a leader in the food industry, is currently looking for 2 dynamic professionals to join their Management team, a Quality Manager and Sanitation Manager.
The Sanitation Manager is also a solutions oriented position responsible for effectively supervising and controlling the cleaning and sanitation or processing equipment, utensils and the entire plant environment.
The incumbent is responsible for the development, implementation, execution and evaluation of the entire Sanitation Program (daily and non daily activities) and taking corrective action to prevent product contamination.
He/she must ensure all cleaning and sanitation is executed in compliance with GMP’s, Safety, WHMIS, HACCP, CFIA and AMI “Principles of Sanitary Design” in addition to corporate standards.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the food industry in a sanitation capacity with post secondary education an asset.
